Membership Classes

The following membership classes are offered by IHRM(K):

1. Fellows:
   This membership class is for Human Resources Directors and Managers with more than 15 years study and experience and have rendered outstanding service to the profession of Human Resource Management.
2. Members:
   This membership class is for Human Resource Managers/Officers who are academically/professionally qualified and have more than 10 years experience in Human Resource Management at senior positions.
3. Associate Members:
   This class of membership is for those persons who are academically/professionally qualified and are currently employed in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years working experience.
4. Student Members:
   Such students as studying or undergoing courses relating to Human Resource Management development qualify for this class of membership.
5. Corporate Members:
   This class of membership is for Companies and Corporate bodies.
